Following recent approval by the Da Nang People’s Committee, the auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for 17 large land sites for the development of potential projects and 200 land plots in residential projects.

The aforementioned 17 large land sites are mainly located in the districts of Cam Le, Hoa Vang, Son Tra, Hai Chau and Lien Chieu.

Notable amongst them are the land sites available for the development of the Creative Space Project in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, a residential service area under Phase 1 of the Software Park No. 2 project in Thuan Phuoc Ward, Hai Chau District and an area selling souvenirs to tourists in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The Da Nang administration has assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the city’s Land Fund Development Centre to take the next steps for the auction.
