No fuel shortage in Da Nang

Under the observation of our reporter, the normal trading situation has been recorded at the Pham Hung petrol station in Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District. The store has been operating normally before, during and after Tet. There is absolutely no supply-chain disruptions or closure.
Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung, the manager of the petrol station No. 11 on September 2 Street in Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District, under the management of the Region V Petroleum Company -One Member Limited Liability Company, remarked that there was no situation of panic buying or hoarding of fuel in recent days.
"The amount of gasoline supplied to the market at the store is still guaranteed, so people can rest assured" said Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung.
According to recent surveys conducted at some petrol stations in the city on Thursday, prices of fuel and oil still remained unchanged.
Specifically, the retail prices of Ron95 gasoline are VND24,360 / liter, E5 Ron 92 gasoline at VND23,590 / liter, DO 0.05S oil at VND18,900 / liter, and DO 0.001S oil at VND19,250 / liter.
Da Nang is now home to 105 petrol and oil retail stores under the management of four wholesale enterprises namely the Region V Petroleum Company - One Member Limited Liability Company, the Central Viet Nam Branch of PV Oil Petroleum Joint Stock Company in Da Nang, the Hoa Khanh General Service and Trading Company Limited, and the Petroleum Company Military Region 2.
In addition, 8 petroleum storage depots are under the ownership of 7 enterprises. According to the key businesses, the output of gasoline and oil is always guaranteed to supply the system of affiliated retail stores and agents, the franchise system of the units. There is no phenomenon of gas and oil stations closing or lack of supply.
In light of the fluctuating prices of gasoline and oil in a number of provinces and cities across the country, up to now, there have been no signs of speculation, hoarding or scarcity of goods in the Da Nang market.
