Software enterprises in Da Nang speed up business growth
Market expansion and human resource development are two goals which many information technology (IT) enterprises in Da Nang set in 2022. Unlike most other sectors, the software industry has weathered the COVID-19 storm reasonably well. The pandemic has brought new opportunities to the industry.

The NFQ Vietnam Co., Ltd. was set up in Da Nang in 2018. After three years of operation, the company has risen to fame in the city’s software market and become one of the leading IT enterprises in Viet Nam voted by ITViec - Viet Nam's largest platform connecting businesses and employees in the IT field.
CEO of the NFQ Vietnam Le Nguyen Thanh An said that during the 2020-2021 period, many IT enterprises simultaneously boosted e-commerce to meet the skyrocketing demand in the context of COVID-19. So, NFQ Vietnam is no exemption.
Over the past 2 years, the company has provided the main human resource for the Shopware that offers cutting-edge and highly adaptable ecommerce solutions, serving mainly the European market with more than 100,000 retail customers.
In the coming time, NFQ Vietnam will continue to promote the development of e-commerce solutions based on open source technology, as well as expand its market to the North America.
"It is expected that more than 30% of the company's revenue during the year will come from the e-commerce activities” said Thanh An.
Besides, NFQ Vietnam plans to increase the number of employees by 1.5 times in 2022, and provide training courses on cloud computing (Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud...), e-commerce website programming and foreign languages for its employees.
Thanh An said that one of the challenges in 2022 will be the competitiveness for software human resources in Da Nang, and the building of corporate culture in the context of remote work.
He said that "We believe that in order for employees to stick with the company, they must help them develop themselves, abd learn something new every working day".
The year 2021 marked the 10th birthday of the Son Tra District-based Enouvo Information Technology Development One Member Limited Liability Company.
Director of the company Tran Hanh Trang remarked after 10 years of establishment, the Enouvo ecosystem has initially been developed with Enouvo IT Solutions (a company providing technology solutions), Enosta (a company providing consulting solutions for commercialization and branding), Enouv8 (a company building and developing technology products from Enouvo) and Enouvo Space (the first coworking and coliving ecosystem in Da Nang).
In the next 10 years, Enouvo targets to develop the service quality and staff size of each component of this ecosystem. Its biggest goal in 2022 is to accelerate the development of technology and human resources.
Director Trang revealed “We will focus more on training and investing into our technology research and development office. This year, Enouvo will increase the number of employees by 50% and increase the quality of personnel by 150%. In particular, we will muster up all our strengths in product development services and technology solutions in tandem with expanding business activities in key markets such as Australia, Canada, the USA, Singapore and European countries”.
She expressed her desire to promote the cooperation relations between Viet Nam in general and Da Nang in particular with Australia in the IT field in the years to come by further opening the company branch in Australia, thereby creating job opportunities for Vietnamese employees to work in an international environment.
We hope that Enouvo can achieve its goal of making a mark in the international arena in providing technology solutions and product development, and becoming one of the leading technology trends in Viet Nam."
With the same goal of developing human resources and expanding the market, the DataHouse Asia Consulting JSC is currently on its path of building DataHouse Arena in Hai Chau District’s Thuan Phuoc Ward. The construction work is expected to be completed in late 2022.
Once fully operational, the about 2,000m2 venue can accommodate about 220 people. It will feature many functional rooms such as working offices, meeting rooms, sports area, recreation area, and others.
According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Huy, General Director of the DataHouse Asia, the company wants to create the best working environment for its employees.
Mr Huy added the DataHouse Arena will also be the place to deploy technology-related intensive training courses for company employees and other students in need, aimed at improving the quality of IT human resources in Da Nang so as to expand cooperation relationships worldwide.
