Additional land for development of projects to be withdrawn

The Da Nang People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 14/NQ-HDND dated March 11, 2022 approving a list of projects that are subject to additional land withdrawal mandate.

Accordingly, there are ten projects object to additional land withdrawal with a total area of 80.98 ha, of which the additional land area expected to be withdrawn in 2022 is more than 48 ha.

The projects are the Trung Son Hill relic site, the expansion of the route An Phuoc leading to Nam Thanh in Hoa Phong Commune, Hoa Vang District, the expansion of Ong Ich Duong Junior High School, the upgrading of roads from Truong Dinh Village Cultural House to residential group No. 5 in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District, the route from the southern ring road to Ms. Khoi's house in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District, the route connecting DT.605 road to Le Son Nam Village in Hoa Tien Commune, Hoa Vang District, the renovation of the road connecting UD.2 road to Hoa Khuong Tay village meeting hall in Hoa Nhon Commune, Hoa Vang District, the Hoa Phuoc wholesale market, the office area of Hoa Vang Water Supply Branch and a green park combined with internal traffi, and the emergency dredging and floodwater drainage systems along the Co Co River.

Likewise, two projects using rice land, protection forest land, and additional special-use forest land in 2022 with a total area of 12.68 hectares are subject to additional land withdrawal. They are the expansion of Hoa Lien 2 Primary School in the namesake commune, Hoa Vang District and a resettlement area for families displaced for the development of the Hoa Nhon industrial cluster in the same district.
