Vietnamese Prime Minister has approved the development of second phase of the Hoa Cam Industrial Park in Da Nang at a total cost of over VND 2,200 billion.

Invested by Anh Phat Trading and Construction Investment Corporation, the new development is located in Hoa Tho Tay Ward, Cam Le District, and it covers a total area of 120 ha and costs an estimated VND 2,233 billion.

Under the approval of Prime Minister, the Da Nang government will conduct bidding process to select contractors to deploy the project in line with Vietnamese laws.

The Da Nang government will direct the Authority of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Parks to work with relevant agencies to accurately identify the total cost of the project and make sure that the project is implemented in accordance with Vietnamese construction laws.
