The implementation of the Da Nang IT Park project has brought the Trungnam Group into the Top 10 industrial real estate investors in Viet Nam.

This is part of the ranking “Leading real estate brands, products and services in 2021 – 2022” recently announced by the Viet Nam Real Estate Online Magazine (Reatimes).

The Da Nang IT Park has become a typical project Trungnam Group is developing in the city, currently receiving a great deal of public attention and appreciation in the field of industrial real estate through the criteria of deployment ability, legal capacity, stable growth potential and high credibility.

This is a large industrial real estate project in Da Nang, an important orientation to becoming the tech hub of central Viet Nam.

Currently, the infrastructure development on 141 hectares of in Phase 1 of the Da Nang IT Park project has been completed, and preparations for 200 hectares in Phase 2 is underway.  The Park has attracted three big projects, one of which is foreign direct  investment (FDI).

In the time to come, the Trungnam Group continue to expedite procedures for other technology projects.
