The Vietnamese Prime Minister has just approved the list of integrated online public services available on the National Public Service Portal in 2022.

This list is divided into two groups with one consisting of essential public services for individuals and the other for organisations.

In detail, there are 14 essential public administrative services for individuals such as the confirmation of residence information, the recognition of bachelor's, master's, doctoral degrees and equivalent qualifications issued by foreign educational institutions for use in Viet Nam, the registration to participate in voluntary social insurance contributions, the registration to pay and issue health insurance cards for people who only participate in health insurance, procedures for the registration of business household establishment, tax registration, changes in land use rights and ownership of land-attached assets in cases of transfer, lease, sub-lease, inheritance or donation of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land, the issuance of certificates of marital status and marriage registration and the online payment of hospital fees.

Meanwhile, organisations can easily access 10 public services/administrative procedures on the Portal, including the geographical indication registration, the registration for the layout design of semiconductor integrated circuits, the payment of financial obligations in carrying out administrative procedures on land for enterprises, payment for taxes and registration fees for businesses.
