In recent days, the division for receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedures at the office of Hoa Vang District authorities have seen a greater rise in the number of people coming to make land-related administrative procedures as compared to normal days.

From early morning, many people went to the division for receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedures at the Hoa Vang District People’s Council and People’s Committee Office to write their names and order numbers to register for land procedures.

A representative from the Hoa Vang District People’s Council and People’s Committee Office informed on Tuesday that the division often received and handled about 40-50 land-related dossiers/day. However, on April 4 alone, it received a total of 201 land registration and 100 land tax payment dossiers.

As noted by our reporter, starting from 5:00 am on Tuesday, a crowd of around 150 people in Hoa Vang District flocked to the division to register for land-related administrative procedures, of which 110 registered for land ownership transfer, inheritance and giving.

The district’s People's Council and People's Committee Office, and the district branch of the municipal Land Registration Office, have increased staff and specialists and have set up more reception boxes for handling a rising number of land-related dossiers.

Starting from this morning, the two units will set up support tables for visitors outside and the office’s professional staff will guide people to fill in files and then press the order number.

Members of Hoa Vang District’s Youth Union organization will guide people to press the order number and grab a spot to sit before waiting their turn.

Many people waiting for their turn to make land-related administrative procedures at the division for receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedures at the Hoa Vang District People’s Committee.

The processing of dossiers is quite time consuming.
