Following recent approval by the Da Nang Department of Construction, The Royal Da Nang Boutique Hotel & Condo project developed by the Sun Frontier Investment Co.,Ltd. has been allowed to raise investment capital through the form of capital contribution, investment cooperation, business cooperation, joint venture and association activities made by organisations, households and individuals.

The project is located at plan lot 82, map sheet No. 7, area A1-1, the Residential Area, Hotel, Apartment and Commercial Service Complex on September 2 Street, Binh Thuan Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.
The municipal Department of Construction has required the project’s investor, the Sun Frontier Investment Co., Ltd. to be responsible for the accuracy of information and records.
The mobiliation of capital through the form of capital contribution, investment cooperation, business cooperation, joint venture and association activities made by organisations, households and individuals. must be through capital contribution or investment cooperation contracts in line with the provisions of law.
The apartment project covers a land use scale of 3,125 m2. Of this, the land for building the tower is 1,842 m2, equivalent to 58.94% with 29 floors for apartments and hotels plus 2 basements whilst the rest of the area is for the construction of internal traffic works, trees and ground yards.
The project has 288 apartments with a combined total of 864 inhabitants, and 125 hotel rooms.
The land use period is 50 years.
