Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairman Tran Phuoc Son has just directed relevant local agencies to update information and make online reports on the implementation of support policies for businesses and investors operating thorough the city and the handling of their petitions and constructive recommendations in a prompt fashion.

Specifically, according to Official Letter No. 2459/UBND-SKHĐT dated May 7, 2022, the municipal Department of Information and Communications shall direct the Da Nang Public Service Information Centre to set up a new category entitled ‘Problems facing businesses’ on the homepage of the ‘Gop Y Da Nang’ (Suggestions for Da Nang) Portal and the ‘Da Nang Public Service Information’ Portal that allow businesses and investors post their feedback and recommendations.

The municipal Department of Planning and Investment will integrate the above-mentioned section on its website, and at the same time, actively and regularly update the contents of recommendations and feedback and make timely replies to them.

The municipal People's Committee will ask functional units to quarterly report on the reception and handling of petitions from businesses and investors on the 15^th day of the last month in the quarter.
