The Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beach under the municipal Department of Tourism, on Saturday, officially opened night activities at the My An Beach in Ngu Hanh Son District.

The event is part of the ongoing Da Nang Tourism Beach Season programme 2022 which is hosted by the Management Board every year in a bid to meet the growing demands of locals and visitors during the public holiday for National Reunification Day (April 30) and the May Day (May 1).

Once fully operational, the programme will link with the An Thuong Tourist Streets complex, promising to bring visitors new experiences. After relaxing and having fun in the My An Beach at night, visitors can visit the An Thuong Tourist Streets complex to experience the city’s cultural products and cuisine.

The annual Da Nang Beach Tourism Season programme is continuously renewed by the Management Board of Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches in an effort to promote tourism and satisfy the sightseeing and entertainment needs of residents and tourists from both home and abroad.

In 2022, the Management Board has coordinated with many units, businesses, organisations and individuals to carry out many cultural and sports activities in the city. Included are the opening ceremony of night activities at the My An Beach, a coracle installation arts space, a kite festival, an antique market, a photo exhibition, and paragliding performances.

All of them always convey the message of protecting environment and natural resources to locals and visitors, thereby enhancing the responsibility of the community when participating in tourism activities in Da Nang.
