The Da Nang People's Committee has issued a decision stipulating unit prices for the collection of infrastructure use fees in Da Nang administration- invested industrial parks (IPs)

Accordingly, the cost of using infrastructure in Hoa Khanh IP is 8,445 VND/m²/year and in Da Nang Fisheries Service IP is 9,116 VND/m²/year.

The unit price for using the infrastructure is paid by the annual payment method, excluding Value-added tax (VAT).

The application of the new infrastructure fees took effect February 1, 2022.

The municipal People's Committee has assigned the Authority of Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Zones to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Department of Finance and the Tax Department to guide the Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company to implement the collection of infrastructure use fees from businesses and transfer all into the State budget in accordance with the national regulations.

In addition, the Da Nang Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Exploitation Company shall submit to the municipal government plans to adjust the unit prices for using infrastructure every 5 years.
