The Hoa Vang District People's Committee and a joint venture of the Olympia Co., Ltd. and the Solar Corporation JSC have just signed a contract to develop eco-villa complexes in West bypass to the south of the Hai Van Tunnel, and near the Truoc Dong Lake, in Hoa Vang District.

Covering an area of over 97.2ha in the mountainous communes of Hoa Son and Hoa Nhon in suburb Hoa Vang District, the eco-villa complex in West bypass to the south of the Hai Van Tunnel will feature 1,952 adjacent houses and 115 villas.

Meanwhile, the 99.8ha eco-villa complex near the Truoc Dong Lake will have a total of 92 villas.

The Hoa Vang District authorities will be responsible for implementing the site clearance work and creating favourable conditions for investors to carry out their projects, thereby contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of the district, and Da Nang in general.
