The Da Nang Management Board for Infrastructure Construction and Urban Development Investment Projects is currently conducting a bidding for the construction of a resettlement area exclusively for families relocated for the development of the Da Nang University Village Urban Area project in Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son  District.

Accordingly, the resettlement project has a total investment of VND227 billion funded by the Da Nang budget.

The bidding to select a contractor to execute the construction and installation package of all work items with an estimated cost of VND164.6 billion is underway.

The time for the execution of the construction contract shall not exceed 270 days from the date of construction commencement, and the project’s completion deadline is in 2023.

The bidding for selection of construction contractors is expected to close on May 23, 2022.
