Seven Da Nang-based companies have already had their business registration certificates revoked by the municipal Department of Planning and Investment for having violated the Enterprise Law 2020.

The above-mentioned 7 companies are Ngo Kieu Co., Ltd, Pakse One Member Co., Ltd., Hoang Sa Da Nang Tourism JSC, Chi Ngoc Trading and Advertising Service One Member Co., Ltd., Moc Nhon Phong Co., Ltd., the Thanh Hai Technology and Service One Member Co., Ltd., and Thien Cuc Auto One Member Co., Ltd.

According to the municipal Department of Planning and Investment, the revocation of the enterprise registration certificate is based on the request of the competent State agency, based on the violations of the enterprise entitled to revoking of the enterprise registration certificate as specified in Article 212 of the Enterprise Law 2020, Article 75 and Article 77 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP dated January 4, 2021 adopted by the national government on business registration.
