In the Han Market, recently, international visitors, especially South Korean visitors, have returned to this shopping venue. The average number of visitors is 1,000/day, about 1,500 /day on two weekends, an increase of 40% compared to before.
Meanwhile, at the Con Market, the average number of visitors to the market is 4,000-5,000/day. Domestic tourists are increasing day by day.
In order to attract domestic and international tourists to the traditional market, the Da Nang Market Management Board has implemented many solutions to support business activities for small traders, guiding them to keep pace with the modern shopping and consumption trends.
Although there are many customers, there are no cases of harassing tourists. Prices are also pre-listed at a fixed price in advance to ensure no price hikes.
Besides, small businesses are also flexible to use non-cash payment methods such as online money transfer, QR code scanning for the convenience of buyers when they do not carry a lot of money.
