The Da Nang People's Committee has decided to allocate and lease a total of 33,990.8 m² of already-cleared land for the FPT Da Nang Urban JSC for the development of the over 180ha Da Nang FPT Technological Urban Area project in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

Of the above-mentioned land, there is more than 4,202m² of residential land with the collection of land use levy and the remaining 29,788m² of land for without land use levy for the development of traffic facilities, trees, water surface and technical infrastructure, a cultural house and a public primary school.

The time of land use is set from the date of land allocation or lease till July 13, 2060.

Upon the land allocation, the FPT Da Nang Urban JSC is responsible for constructing the technical infrastructure system according to the approved planning.

After completing the construction of the above-mentioned infrastructure facilities on the allocated land with no collection of land use levy, the company shall hand over to the local authorities for management.
