The Da Nang Land Fund Development Centre under the municipal Department of Natural Resources and Environment will hold an online auction for land use rights in the form of lease with the State annual payment for 2 residential land plots on which technical infrastructure has been completed in Hoa Vang District in the form of online auction.

In detail, one, marked C2-4, has an area of 3,690m² at the intersection of Au Duong Lan - Nguyen Van Vinh streets, belonging to the stretch of land fund exploitation along a section of the National Highway 1A running through Hoa Chau Commune.

The land plot will be used for the purpose of commercial services, exactly for the construction of warehouses. The reserve price of land rental auction with annual payment is 71,683 VND/m²/year.

The other is marked A3-2, covering an area of 2.08ha, with 4 facades onto Nguyen Hong Anh - Nguyen Bao - Le Dinh Dien - Hoang Dao Thanh streets in the residential area south of Cam Le Bridge in Hoa Chau Commune.

This land plot is used for education and training purposes with the starting price of land rental auction with one-time payment for the entire lease period is VND 10,513 million/m².
