The factories are expected to be very attractive to companies operating in technology and supporting industries such as precision engineering and electronic parts, and sensor manufacturers.

In addition to its ready-built factory for lease, the project will offer construction consultancy, job introduction, environmental sanitation, and support services for businesses, especial small and medium-sized ones.

The company has committed to developing the cluster at the park across three phases with total investment of VND 1,050 billion.

Till date, 11.69ha of land out of 29.6ha in phase 1 of the project have been leased to Long Hau JSC and handed over to it by the Authority of the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park and Industrial Parks.

Construction has been completed on two hi-tech ready-built factories, and they have been leased to two Japanese-invested high-tech equipment manufacturing projects, namely Hatsuta Automatic Safety Solutions Co., Ltd, and Inaba Rubber Viet Nam Co., Ltd.

Continuity in construction of ready-built factories will add a total floor area of 10,000m2 for lease.

The company is committed to ensuring that 100% of land allocated for phase 1 of the project will be covered by ready-built factories, making them available for lease in the near future.
