In the third quarter of 2022, 16 enterprises based in Da Nang were found violating the provisions of the Enterprise Law in 2020. As a result, they had their business registration certificates revoked.

They are the Minh Hung Company Limited, the Hoang Dung Trading, Transport and Tourism Company Limited, the Thai Son Company Limited, the Silicate Trade and Construction JSC, the Truong Quang 2 Company Limited, the Nam Thang Investment and Technology Co., Ltd, the T&T Family Co., Ltd, the New Wind Trading and Service Co., Ltd, the HTV Tai Huy Glass Production and Trading Co., Ltd, the Nettrans JSC, the White House Hotel – a branch of the Yen Khanh Group JSC, the Thai Thien Phat One Member Company Limited, the Adoor Vietnam Beautiful Door JSC, the Tien Sa Viet JSC, the city branch of the Yen Khanh Group JSC in Da Nang, and the Thuan Hoa General and Service Co., Ltd.

According to the municipal Department of Planning and Investment, the revocation of the enterprise registration certificate is based on the request of the competent State agency, and based on the violations of the enterprise entitled to revoking of the enterprise registration certificate.
