As recorded on Saturday morning, the service area of ​​the Ninh auto repair garage located at 718 Ton Duc Thang, Lien Chieu District received a large number of broken-down cars due to travelling through deeply flooded areas. Meanwhile, all repair areas have been packed with cars before.

Mr. Tran Nhat Ninh, Director of the Ninh auto repair garage, said that the garage's 5 rescue vehicles have been operating at full capacity from 6:00pm on October 14 until now, and they have brought more than 100 cars back the garage for repairs.

“Currently, we only prioritise the rescue of vehicles in ​​Lien Chieu and Thanh Khe districts so that we can perform the rescue operations as quickly as possible. As for vehicles with minor damage, we just need to dry, check the interior, change the oil, and clean. Meanwhile, it takes us a long time to repair badly damaged cars" said Mr. Ninh

As observed at the Khanh Hong auto garage located at 357 Huynh Ngoc Hue, Thanh Khe District, staff here are also working at full capacity.

Garage manager Nguyen Duc Khanh said that the garage's 2 rescue trucks have towed nearly 100 cars to the repair workshop since yesterday. Additionally, nearly 10 car repairmen have been active in providing mobile customer care service.

According to garage owners, in addition to the number of cars that had their engine shut down along flooded roads, many cars left in the basements or yards were also submerged in water due to heavy rains, so the car owners did not have time to respond.

Similarly, motorbike repair shops across Da Nang are also busy. Staff of the Thanh Hai repair shop located at 27 Ngo Thi Nham, Lien Chieu District, said that their shop was packed with motorcycles from early this morning.

In a similar vein, the chain of motorbike repair shops from 1 to 5 Dung Si Thanh Khe Street, Thanh Khe District, recorded dozens of people waiting for motorbike repairs.
