Da Nang Customs revenue surpasses target
The Da Nang Customs Department announced on Monday that its State budget revenue surpassed VND 4,570 billion between January 1 and October 15, 2022, equaling 101.5% of the year’s target, and fulfilling 94% of the striving target.
From January 1 to October 5, 2022, the total number of registered customs declarations for imported and exported goods stood at 86,185, up 1.27% year-on-year. In which, there were 43,920 declarations for imported goods, and 42,265 for exported goods.
The main reason for the city completing the import-export budget revenue from mid-October was due to a number of goods saw a hike in import-export turnover and tax rates.
Specifically, the city witnessed a drastic increase in the number of such imported items as auto parts and components, devices, iron and steel products, stones and bricks of all kinds, paper, and frozen food. Meanwhile, the number of main export items like wood and wooden products, aluminum, sand, and quartz stone powder also increased significantly.
