The Da Nang Women's Union (WU), on Tuesday, held a seminar on promoting the use of mentoring platforms for startups in small and medium-sized enterprises to support women’s startups.

During the seminar, female members had the opportunity to learn about innovation trends, and how to optimize human resource capacity/performance in business and start-up environments, and to use startup mentoring platforms in businesses.

Earlier, the Central Committee of the Viet Nam Women's Union has piloted the application of startup mentoring platforms in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Da Nang is the second locality nationwide after Hai Phong to participate in the pilot programme. After the seminar, the municipal WU will organise in-depth training course to continue to support women to apply mentoring platforms for startups in corporate governance.
