The Da Nang Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects is inviting a bid for the construction of a square combined with parking areas at the end of Nguyen An Ninh Street in Lien Chieu District.

The bidding package worth VND24.9 billion is funded by the city budget. The contract implementation duration shall last 180 days whilst 180 days are set for completing legal procedures related to the contract.

The above-mentioned bidding package is part of the project’s total investment capital of VND28.3 billion.

The purpose of the project is to create a useful playing space for nearby residents, and Da Nang people as a whole. Also, the project will help enhance the beach use value through the improvement of coastal landscape environment, thereby developing a clean and beautiful destination for tourists, and building a synchronous technical infrastructure system with the entire area.
