The Centre for Land Fund Development under the Da Nang Department of Natural Resources and Environment is now calling for investment from organisations and individuals at home and aboard into the development of a public park and parking lot combined with commercial services at a 3,113.9m² land lot coded A3 on the corner of Nguyen Van Linh, Phan Chau Trinh and Le Dinh Duong streets in Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District.

The purpose of the project is to complete the urban transport infrastructure facilities, especially meeting the needs of public parks, smart parking lots and commercial services in the city centre, and connecting commercial streets, urban landscape axis and traffic hub location.

Projects on developing parks, public parking lots combined with commercial services such as chains of convenience, pharmaceutical and fast-food stores, and chains of mini supermarkets are appealing for investment.

Also, joint ventures between the above-mentioned specialised service enterprises and parking lot operators are being encouraged.
