Deputy Director in charge of the Da Nang Department of Transport Bui Hong Trung announced on Thursday that inspectors from the municipal Department of Information and Communications has already checked and handled cases of counterfeit taxi brands on the internet.

Specifically, through verification, the inspectors have invited two units operating domains https://tongdaitaxidanang24hcom/ and https://taxitraveldanang.com that are suspected to have trademark counterfeiting violations to work.

These inspectors have requested the two units to immediately stop the operation of the two domains, as well as continue to review, verify and handle violations of the owners of the aforementioned two domains and the two domains http://tongdaitaxi.vn and http://mailinhdanang.com according to regulations.

Previously, the municipal Department of Transport had received complaints from taxi operators in the city about the appearance of some counterfeit domains.
