Investment policy decision granted for project displaying and introducing Hoa Vang District's agricultural and tourism products
The Da Nang authorities have approved investment policy decision for a project to build a centre displaying agricultural products, advertising tourism and promoting investment attraction in agriculture sector in suburban Hoa Vang District.
The project costs a total of VND7.3 billion VND funded by the city budget. The intention is to promote the marketing of agricultural and tourism products, thereby boosting the district’s economic development.
Under the project, the 720m2, 2-storey centre will be constructed to introduce, display and supply local agricultural products. It will have reinforced concrete roof in combination with waterproof and heat-insulated roof tiles. The floor will be paved with granite tiles, and there will be aluminum - glass windows.
Additionally, there will be two specialized warehouses, two agricultural product display areas, a reception hall, a refreshment area, a working room and a sanitary area.
The new development will be designed with rainwater drain, water and electricity supply, lighting and firefighting systems, fences, gates along with green-covered landscape.
Developed and managed by the Hoa Vang District authorities, the project is expected to be carried out during the 2022-2024 period.
