Between 2020 and 2022, Da Nang provided VND3.94 billion worth of financial support for 22 startup innovative projects.

Specifically, in 2020, the city allocated VND1.10 billion from the city’s science and technology budget for seven innovative start-ups.

In 2021, a total of VND1.72 billion from the city’s budget went to support the implementation of two incubation programmes and help eight start-up businesses develop their products.

In 2022, the city supported two innovative start-up businesses, and one educational institution under the University of Da Nang with a total budget of VND1.10 billion.

During that period, support tasks focused on technology improvement, product trial production, product development, and business model improvement.
