Accordingly, the goal of developing the textile and footwear industry is to become one of the city’s key export industries. By 2035, the city’s textile and footwear industry will develop according to the circular economy model, developing a number of regional brands in the country, and the world at large.
The annual growth rate of added value of the city’s textile and footwear industry will reach 11.2% in the 2021 - 2025 period, 7.7% in the 2026 - 2030 period and 9.5% in the 2021 - 2030 period.
