On Saturday, at the Uiwang Railway Festival, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, a delegation from Hai Chau District People's Committee participated in the promotion of OCOP (One Commune - One Product) items, typical trade formats of this urban district, and Da Nang as a whole.

Accordingly, this activity was aimed at promoting cooperation and friendly exchanges between Hai Chau District, Da Nang and Uiwang City in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea.

The two sides also implemented the contents of the agreement already signed between the two localities. The activities of connecting trade, promoting OCOP products at the festival not only created development opportunities for OCOP production and business establishments in Hai Chau District, but also in Da Nang at large.

At the same time, the event also helped South Korean people to understand clearly about OCOP products, typical commercial products of Da Nang such as the Topcoco grilled coconut cake, dried sesame seed cakes, Mayaca clean coffee and Tam Nguyen ginger tea, thereby, supporting production and business establishments in the city to build brands, improve product value and have more opportunities to approach this South Korea market.
