Prudential customer care centre opens in Da Nang

The Prudential Viet Nam Assurance Private Limited on Friday held the opening of a customer care centre at 205 Tran Phu, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang.

According to Mr. Phuong Tien Minh, General Director of Prudential Viet Nam, Da Nang is the economic and cultural centre of Central Vietnam and Viet Nam as a whole. With a favourable environment, Prudential has about 35,000 customers and a number of enthusiastic and dynamic consultants supporting operations in this coastal central city.

The establishment of a customer care centre in Da Nang aims to provide modern techniques and tools, providing customers with convenience and access to information faster and closer.

This is also a comfortable and modern working place for Prudential's staff, helping support and customer service activities more effectively.

"This is a very new model of Prudential Viet Nam. Our focus is always on finding solutions to support customers. We want to turn this place into a training centre for future consultants in modern, civilized  manner, and complying with the standards of the industry, thereby affirming the strategy of putting customers at the centre", said Mr. Minh.

Within the framework of the programme, Prudential Viet Nam cooperated with the Da Nang Red Cross Society to give 30 gifts of necessities to disadvantaged households in the city with a total value of VND 30 million.
