The Da Nang government has given a nod to provide VND114.7 billion in funding to build a wastewater collection pipeline along a section of Chuong Duong Street between its intersections with the Tien Son Bridge and the Ngu Hanh Son Wastewater Treatment Station.

The soon-to-be-installed pipeline will collect wastewater from urban areas and residential areas along a section of Chuong Duong Street between its intersections with the Tien Son Bridge and the planning area of the Ngu Hanh Son District Cultural and Historical Park project with the ability to collect 2.5 times the current average wastewater flow.

The purpose of the project is to improve environmental pollution, thereby significantly contributing to improving public health and regional socio-economic development.

Project items will include self-flowing and pressure pipelines, and power supply items for pumping stations.

The project is scheduled to be carried out from now until 2025.
