The Da Nang Department of Transport announced on Thursday that the Da Nang Traffic Lights and Public Transport Management Centre and the Phuong Trang Passenger Coach JSC (FUTA Bus Lines) have just signed a contract for operating five subsidised intra-city bus routes in the city during the 2023 - 2027 period.

Specifically, the new bus routes with starting and ending points: Nguyen Luong Bang (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park) - Bien Dong Park (route 05); Xuan Dieu Bus Station - Southern Bus Station (07); Vung Thung (Bui Duong Lich Bus Station) - Pham Hung Bus Station (08); Xuan Dieu Bus Station - Da Nang Maternity and Paediatrics Hospital (11); and Xuan Dieu Bus Station - Pham Hung Bus Station (12) will start to operate from July, 2023.

Aside from 6 existing bus routes, there will be 5 more subsidised bus routes in the city in the near future, increasing the total number of bus routes in the entire Danabus network to 11.
