The Da Nang government has approved investment policy decision for the Anh Duong apartment complex project developed by the My Phuc Joint Stock Company.

The 20 floors-plus-2 basements project will be built on Nguyen Phuoc Lan Street, Hoa Quy Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, with a total of 560 apartments. The first tower comprises of 289 apartments whilst the second tower has 271 apartments. In the 2023 - 2026 period, the project will be constructed, completed and put into operation.

Also, the municipal administration gave the green light to the adjustment of the investment policy of the Wink Tran Phu Hotel project of Da Nang Central Hotel Development Co., Ltd; location at 178 Tran Phu, Phuoc Ninh Ward, Hai Chau District.
