Since 2021, FiveSS has attracted 552 registered contractors, 2,600 users, 345 suppliers, and 100 collaborators.

In 2022, FiveSS secured its berth the top 10 finalists of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Competition organised by the municipal Department of Science and Technology and received high praise from tech startup experts.

Accordingly, FiveSS boasts a diversified portfolio of construction products, including materials, machinery, construction tools and services from reputable suppliers.

Products and services on this platform are clearly classified and have detailed descriptions, making it easy for customers to make smart purchase decisions when shopping.

In addition, FiveSS offers home care services, including repair, maintenance, installation and upgrades.

The platform provides an environment for interaction and information sharing among the consumer community, providing helpful articles, tutorials and advice on home maintenance, repair and renovation. At the same time, customers can rate, comment and share experiences about contractors and services for the sake of a trusted and quality community.

As assessed by Do Quy Su, the project’s manager, when it comes to the outstanding advantage of FiveSS, as compared to other e-commerce platforms, when customers create an order on FiveSS, they will receive many price quotations from suppliers, through which customers can review information, choose reasonable and suitable ones in line with their own needs. The utility of FiveSS is based on creating a safe and convenient trading environment.

Customers can select construction products from suppliers on the platform that also provides order, schedule and payment management tools so that users can easily track and manage projects, as well as ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

In addition to traditional trading activities, the platform also partners with suppliers to organise promotions and launch new products to give customers the opportunity to receive special offers and enjoyable shopping experience.
