As reported, on Saturday morning, the second day of the ongoing four-day National Day (September 2) holiday break, Da Nang’s highly popular tourist attractions such as the Son Tra Peninsula, the Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park, the Marble Mountains special national-level relic site, the Sun World Ba Na Hills, and the Da Nang Mikazuki Japanese Resorts & Spa all attracted a large number of visitors who were present there for travel and entertainments.

Accordingly, all above-mentioned sites ensured security, order and environmental sanitation so that tourists could comfortably enjoy relaxing moments.

Notable amongst the events that attracted the attention of many tourists were the traditional Da Nang Boat Race 2023, and the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2023 tournament is within the framework of the Da Nang Golf Tourism Festival 2023.

During this year's holiday break, vacationers tend to travel with their families or take self-planned tours, so services were not overloaded.

To welcome visitors, many spaces and amenities at the Da Nang International Airport have changed colours, from the brand blue to red and yellow, the colours of Viet Nam's national flag. On both arrivals and departures, passengers arriving at the airport are quite impressed by the bustling red and yellow colours every corner.

In order to ensure the safety of both local residents and tourists, the Da Nang Department of Tourism has issued documents directing and recommending the implementation of tasks such as ensuring security at tourist attractions and service establishments during the holiday break and calling for tourism service providers to strictly comply with the provisions of laws on tourism service provision, especially ensuring the ultimate safety for tourists when they join relaxing activities across the city.

Likewise, the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang tourist beaches is strengthening inspection and assurance of environmental hygiene and aesthetics at beaches and the Son Tra Peninsula as well, in parallel with taking measures to ensure the safety of tourists visiting and picnicking on the  peninsula and swimming at local tourist beaches.
