The Da Nang People's Council has issued a resolution approving the policy of converting production forest land to other purposes.

Specially, 4.95 ha of production forest land under the project on upgrading a number of items at the Khanh Son solid waste treatment complex at the phase 2 in Hoa Khanh Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, will be used to build trash dump No. 7.

Also, 43.88 ha of production forest land will be converted to implement the project on infrastructure construction and business at the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District.

The city authorities will change the land-use purpose of 29.73ha of production forest land to carry out the project on the Lang Van Integrated Tourism and Entertainment Resort project in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, Lien Chieu District.

In addition, the municipal People's Council has just issued a resolution to adjust investment policy decision for the technical infrastructure, site clearance, and resettlement in service for the Hoa Phuoc wholesale market.

Accordingly, the project’s total investment has been increased by more than VND58.2 billion compared to the previous total investment due to adjusting site clearance costs, adding costs for soft soil treatment, updating unit prices and costs according to current regulations.
