During the event, the participants were introduced to how to use the Danang City Food app to trace food origins.

They also were provided with information and skills involving service trade, commercial civilisation, sales, customer care, the application of e-commerce development solutions, standardisation of services, food demonstration, photography, and others.

According to a representative of the municipal Department of Tourism, with the desire to create more new tourism products to lure more domestic and foreign tourists to the city, in recent years, the unit has regularly organised regional and international-scale festivals and cuisine events, thereby introducing local unique dishes and culinary features to visitors.

The purpose of training courses was to help units review and adjust to improve the quality of tourist services at facilities in the city, thereby contributing to promoting culinary products to attract more domestic and international visitors to Da Nang, and preserve and enhance culinary cultural exchanges.

In the coming time, the city's tourism sector will continue to accompany and support tourism service providers in organising festivals and events, and introducing products and services, including culinary culture, to domestic and foreign tourist markets.
