Along with that, 258 rooms at the Sheraton Grand Da Nang Resort and Convention Center hotel have been fully rented to serve guests attending the wedding party. This is the first group of Indian wedding guests to have come to Da Nang in 2024.

In the following months, it is expected that 5 Indian couples from India will organize their wedding parties on a large scale in Da Nang with each serving 200-350 guests during a period of 3-5 days. In addition, hotels will also hold wedding events for couples from Japan and some other countries.

It is known that to effectively exploit the type of wedding tourism, the Da Nang Department of Tourism, along with other units, has deployed effective activities to welcome wedding guests such as coordinating with the Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company ( AHT) to display a wedding welcome message on the LED screen at the immigration area at the Da Nang International Airport, facilitating quick customs clearance of goods and luggage in service for the wedding ceremony.

Representatives of the Department of Tourism also presented flowers and souvenirs with blessings and thanks from Da Nang to the families of the brides and grooms for choosing Da Nang as a venue for their wedding parties. In addition, guests participating in the wedding ceremony were welcomed to Da Nang with traditional Vietnamese musical instrument performances at the airport.
