Construction starts on low-rise housing project in Da Nang
The low-rise housing project, a component part of the Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project, kicked off in Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang, on Friday to mark the 49th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang.

Developed by the LANDCOM Investment JSC, the VND980 billion component project will cover a total area of more than 3.6 ha. It will feature an adjacent housing area with 156 units on an area of 1.6 ha; and the villa housing area with 63 units on an area of over 2 ha oriented to develop into a convenient, synchronous, modern and sustainable housing area.
The Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project consists of a low-rise commercial housing, a commercial and service centre, offices for lease, and luxury apartments, all synchronised with green landscape technical infrastructure. Once completed, the project will contribute to promoting the development of urban space.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, General Director of the LANDCOM Investment JSC Nguyen Xuan Duc thanked the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Da Nang, along with departments and agencies of Hai Chau District for their active support in completing procedures to qualify for project commencement.

The low-rise housing component project is an important basis for the company to complete the Tuyen Son Housing and Service Area project in accordance with the investment schedule approved by the municipal People's Committee.
The low-rise housing component project has impressive architecture with the image of a yacht reaching out to the ocean, creating a highlight in the urban landscape for the city and accelerating the process of urbanisation and diversification of trade, tourism, service and entertainment industries in the locality.
