Inauguration of Searee Logistics Warehouse in Da Nang
The Searee Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation and the Searefico E&C Construction Engineering JSC, on Friday, inaugurated the Searee Logistics Warehouse at the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Da Nang (March 29).

The inauguration ceremony marked an important milestone in the development progress of the local logistics industry.
After nearly 12 months of construction with a total investment of over VND49 billion, the Searee Logistics Warehouse project officially came into operation. The warehouse has a construction area of more than 8,000 m2 and 3000 m2 of yard, which can be divided into 2-3 independent modules.
The warehouse is equipped with a modern fire protection and fire alarm system, along with a lighting system and surveillance cameras that meet current standards.

In addition, it is built with green materials, and has good thermal insulation performance, helping reduce energy consumption for cooling the warehouse, thereby reducing operating costs, improving energy efficiency and demonstrating Searee's commitment to the environment and sustainable development.
The warehouse is designed flexibly with the ability to install a 6-floor shelf system with floor loading of up to 3 tonnes/m2 and a new generation system of 10 dock levelers, serving all types of vehicles weighing 500kg and above, and 40-feet containers, ready to provide customers with modern and effective storage space.

General Director of the Searee Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation Nguyen Khoa Dang emphasised that Da Nang had a particularly important strategic location of being the gateway to the sea in the Central Highlands and for Laos, Thailand and Myanmar, as well as of being positioned on the important international air route. He, therefore, remarked that the inauguration and operation of the Searee Logistics Warehouse will contribute to perfecting the logistics system in the region.
At the same time, the project helps meet the increasing demand for storage and circulation of goods, creating conditions to promote sustainable economic growth for Da Nang in particular, and the Central Region in general.
