Create an environment for personal development
Established in Da Nang in 2019 by Mr. Ho Manh Hung and his colleagues, BBE operates based on the criteria of creating high-quality human resources for a strong Viet Nam’. On this basis, chapters focus on connecting dynamic, positive young people together and creating an environment for them to have the opportunity to exchange and enhance their critical thinking and action capacity as well as professional skills. Currently, BBE has more than 3,500 members operating in 14 different chapters, widely distributed throughout the local districts.
Right from the first days of its establishment, the BBE Pioneer Chapter's leadership expressed its ambition to create an environment to develop the capacity of students in Viet Nam’s central region, thereby supplementing professional and effective working skills and perfecting their meaningful, positive lifestyle.
As revealed by Tran Le Bao Han, the Chairman of BBE Pioneer Chapter, one of the main activities of the group is to hold meetings every Thursday evening. The meeting implemented a number of main contents such as getting acquainted with guests during which each selected member introduces a favourite book and there is a discussion in depth the meeting topic.
“Through each meeting, group members have the opportunity to practice and develop communication and public speaking skills. Besides, they can get acquainted and create quality relationships. Those are the core values that BBE brings to its members", Bao Han added.
Besides focusing on skills training, the BBE Pioneer Chapter also launches many meaningful community activities called ‘Social Responsibility Activities’. Notable among them is the trash collection programme. More recently, members of the BBE Pioneer Chapter launched cleanups along Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal street. "With the practical meaning that this activity brings, the group hopes to contribute to improving the living environment and help members raise their sense of responsibility to the community," Bao Han said.
Towards a quality labor market
BBE's biggest aspiration is to create high-quality human resources to meet the increasing needs of the labour market. ‘Understanding employers' criteria, BBE aims to become a place to help young people, especially students, enhance their skills, thereby transforming them into human resources that meet the requirements of the job market," Bao confidently said.
In an effort to achieve this goal, BBE has built up a leadership team and members at chapters with dynamic, dedicated characteristics. After six months of living with BBE Ember Chapter, Tran Anh Khoa, a second year student at the University of Science and Technology, a members school of the University of Da Nang-UD) excitedly confided: "When participating, I was not only equipped with knowledge about social life but also practice and develop essential soft skills. In addition, BBE regularly associates with businesses in the city, organises meetings and exchanges, thereby serving as a bridge between human resources and employers. I realize this is a very good opportunity to access and impress businesses."
With continuous efforts, BBE gradually affirms its role in nurturing high-quality human resources for Da Nang, and the Central Viet Nam and Central Highlands regions at large. This social organisation eyes to a bright spot in the youth community, a suitable environment for students who want to "break the cocoon" beyond their own comfort zone, and at the same time be a source of inspiration for young people who want to create positive values for society.
