Accordingly, the programme had 10 booths with nearly 50 products on display for sale. Visitors to the event had the opportunity to enjoy and buy typical local products such as ‘cha bo’ (beef paste), dried bananas and grapefruit essential oil.

In addition, there were many technology booths guiding people to perform personal digital transformation and public administrative services, and open bank accounts to pay social security benefits.

The highlight of the festival was the livestream competition to sell products between booths, thereby creating conditions to support small and retail businesses in the locality to get acquainted with and effectively apply livestream sales activities.

During the programme, the ward guided the community to sort waste at source as well as had a booth to collect recycled waste in exchange for products: green trees or school supplies.

Also, the organisers presented 4G phones to poor and near-poor households, as well as awarded scholarships to students in difficult circumstances.

The programme was an opportunity for local people to buy quality products and access many digital transformation activities, as well as raise community awareness of the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritise using Vietnamese goods".

At the same time, it facilitated local businesses to take advantage of digital platforms to develop their business and promote the development of the digital economy.
