The Da Nang Department of Tourism has launched a contest to design check-in models, aiming to seek ideas for the tourism development of the city and create highlights for local tourism.

Ideas and designs are required to contributing to promoting the Da Nang tourism brand as a "friendly - attractive - safe" destination.

Contestants can build their ideas from tourist sites of Da Nang, including public parks on the western and eastern of the Dragon Bridge; along both sides of the Han River; the East Sea Park; the Bach Dang walking street; and rest stops on the Son Tra Peninsula (Vong Canh Hill, Ban Co Peak). In particular, it is possible to combine the Da Nang tourism logo/Da Nang tourism chatbot icon in the designs to create harmony and beauty.

The contest is taking place from August 20 to October 20 for architects, artists, and students in colleges and universities, among others.

The total prize value amounts to VND115 million with 7 prizes in cash and Da Nang tourism service coupons. The closing and awards ceremony of the contest is scheduled to be held in late October 2024.
