The Da Nang Department of Construction announced on Wednesday that it had just granted a construction permit to the Cosmos Housing JSC and LADANA Co., Ltd. for implementing the Da Nang Landmark project.

The about VND1.6 trillion project will be carried out on an area of 3,765m² at the corner of extended Bach Dang - Tran Van Tru - Binh Minh 4 in Hai Chau District.

The project will feature 2 basements, and a common base with 4 floors and 2 towers called 35-storey Dragon Tower and 27-storey Phoenix Tower, offering a total of 446 apartments, community rooms, kindergartens, and motorbike parking area.

The total construction area of ​​the project is 2,257m², and the total floor area is about 56,800m². This construction permit is valid for construction commencement within 12 months from the date of issue.
