The Sun Frontier Danang Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday for the HIYORI Aqua Tower project at the land lot No. 03, Area A2-1 on Le Duc Tho Street in Son Tra District.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the municipal People's Committee Ho Ky Minh congratulated the leaders, officers, employees and workers of the Sun Frontier Danang Co., Ltd. for their efforts in completing legal procedures and preparing sufficient resources to organise the groundbreaking ceremony.

The tower is a joint venture project between the company and 3 Vietnamese individuals. Of which, the Sun Frontier Da Nang, a subsidiary of the Sun Frontier Real Estate JSC headquartered in Japan’s Tokyo, is majorly responsible for developing the project.

In Da Nang, the Sun Frontier Danang Co., Ltd. has invested in the HIYORI Garden Tower on Vo Van Kiet Street in Son Tra District. This project is highly appreciated by many customers for its legal documents, construction quality and amenities for residents because the construction standards are strictly managed and supervised by experts from Japan.

He highlighted that the implementation of the HIYORI Aqua Tower project in Da Nang demonstrated the trust of Japanese enterprises in Vietnamese partners and the city’s investment environment as well.

Once completed, the project will meet the housing needs of people, and contribute to the improvement of the local landscape, urban architectural space and the socio-economic development of the city, Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh emphasised.

The city leader took the opportunity to ask the Sun Frontier Da Nang to focus maximum financial and human resources to ensure the on-schedule progress of the project, as well as fully comply with regulations on land use planning, construction investment, environmental protection and related legal regulations.

He urged local authorities and relevant agencies to coordinate closely and promptly handle problems to create favourable conditions for investors and construction contractors to complete the project on schedule.

In his remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Mori Takero, the Consul General of Japan in Da Nang, said that the year 2023 marked the 50^th founding anniversary of the Viet Nam - Japan diplomatic relations and the elevation of their relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership.

2024 is the first year to concretise this cooperative relationship and both countries need extensive support and cooperation within the framework from the government to enterprises.

At the groundbreaking ceremony

The HIYORI Aqua Tower project will be a luxury apartment complex with high-quality interior equipment from Japan under the construction of Japanese engineers and located in an area where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Son Tra Peninsula.

Moreover, the provision of luxury apartments such as HIYORI Aqua Tower is not only intended to build apartments but also to contribute to the development of the entire surrounding areas.

Consul General Mori Takero hoped that the project will be a testament to the realisation of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Japan and Viet Nam.

He pledged that the Consulate General of Japan in Da Nang will also make every effort to support the project to be implemented on schedule.

The HIYORI Aqua Tower project will feature apartments, commercial areas, swimming pools, gyms, kindergartens, community rooms and many other amenities.

The 25-storey-plus-2-basement tower will have a total of 202 apartments, with an area of 38m² - 163.2m² each. The construction of the project í expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
