Taiwanese enterprises learn about Da Nang investment environment
Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, on Tuesday, warmly received a group of representatives from the Overseas Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Association, the Association of Vietnamese - Taiwanese (Chinese) Enterprises, and the Dynacard Co., Ltd.
During his reception, Vice Chairman Minh informed the businesspeople about the city's preferential and investment support policies according to the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organisation of urban government and piloting special mechanisms and policies for the development of the city.
Mr. Tsai Pai-Ching, General Director of the Dynacard Company Limited, said that the company was established in 1994 and is headquartered in Guanyin, Taoyuan, Taiwan (China) with 250 employees. In the early stages, the company developed memory cards. After cooperating with Samsung and Hynix, it began to produce high-tech products such as DRAM, FLASH and SSD.
Additionally, the company is also a major supplier of EasyCard and iPass, including identification cards, employee cards, custom cards and other products. The company focuses on environmental protection, aiming for sustainable development by using environmentally friendly materials and ensuring that supply chains comply with the same standards.
After the meeting, the company representatives will work with the Authority of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones to discuss cooperation programmes between the two sides.
