SHB Da Nang became the 2013 champions of the National U17 Football Tournament after a dramatic penalty shoot-out win over PVF Ho Chi Minh City at the Thong Nhat Stadium last Friday.
Pham Van Loc opened the scoring for PVF HCMC in the 14th minute after latching on to an accurate pass from Ha Duc Chinh.
