A total of 223 works from 30 of Da Nang’s amateur and professional photographers will be displayed at the 18^th South Central Region and Highlands Artistic Photography Festival which will take place in Phu Yen Province’s Tuy Hoa City between 31 August and 2 September.  This information was unveiled on Monday by the Chairman of the Da Nang Artistic Photography Association, Mr Ho Xuan Bon.

Co-organised by the Viet Nam Artistic Photography Association and the Phu Yen Union of Literature and Arts Associations, this year’s event will feature works by photographers from Da Nang, Quang Ngai City, and the provinces of Quang Nam, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak and Dak Nong. 

The photos on display at the 3-day event showcase the strengths and potentials of the region’s sea and islands, as well as the development of its tourism.
