As reported here on 5 November, a contest to design a Hoang Sa (Paracel Islands) Exhibition House is being launched in Da Nang, and entries can now be submitted.  It is open to domestic and foreign individuals and organisations that are architectural design consultants or construction planners.  Contestants are required to have work permits in accordance with Vietnamese laws.

For more information about the contest, please visit http://hoangsa.danang.gov.vn.   Entrants should send their entries to the headquarters of the Hoang Sa District People's Committee at 132 Yen Bai Street, Da Nang, or via email to hoangsa@danang.gov.vn.  The deadline for entries is before 5.30pm on 25 December.
